Outgoing FFL Transfers

Need to send a firearm to another licensed FFL? Use this appointment for outgoing transfers when you need X-Treme Tactical to process and ship a firearm to another dealer, buyer’s FFL, manufacturer, gunsmith, or approved receiving location.

During your appointment, we will verify the firearm is unloaded, review the receiving FFL information, confirm required details, prepare the transfer paperwork, and discuss shipping options, packaging, fees, and estimated processing time. Please bring the firearm, a valid government-issued ID, and the receiving FFL’s contact information. If you already have a copy of their FFL or order information, bring that too, because guessing is apparently still not a valid shipping method.

All outgoing transfers are handled by appointment only. Firearms must be unloaded before arrival. Final shipping cost, transfer fee, and processing requirements will be confirmed during the appointment. We do not ship loaded firearms, ammunition with firearms, or any item that cannot legally be transferred or shipped.
