Incoming FFL Transfers

Have a firearm being shipped to X-Treme Tactical from another FFL, online seller, manufacturer, or dealer? Use this appointment type for incoming transfers once your firearm has arrived and we have contacted you that it is ready for pickup.

Our incoming firearm transfer fee is $5. That is the whole transfer fee, because apparently we decided to be reasonable in an industry that often treats paperwork like it was carved into stone tablets.

During your appointment, we will verify your valid government-issued ID, complete the required transfer paperwork, and run the required background check before release. Please make sure the name on the order matches your legal ID, and bring any order number, tracking information, or seller details that may help us locate your transfer.

Please do not schedule pickup until we have notified you that your firearm is ready. All incoming transfers are handled by appointment only and are subject to required paperwork, background check approval, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
