General Appointment / Other Service

Not sure which appointment type you need? Use this option for general questions, custom service requests, special projects, order questions, repair discussions, transfer questions, pickup or drop-off concerns, or anything that does not fit one of our listed services.

During your appointment, we will review what you need, look over the firearm or parts if needed, answer questions, and help point you in the right direction. If the work requires inspection, parts, special ordering, or additional shop time, we will explain the next steps, pricing, and estimated turnaround before any work begins.

All firearms must be unloaded before drop-off. Please bring a valid ID and any related paperwork, order information, tracking number, or photos that may help us understand what you need. Appointments are required for all drop-offs and pickups.
